Constitution Board

The US Constitution limited the power of government by creating a shared power structure.  This lesson identifies how federal responsibilities are divided among the three branches:  Executive, Judicial, and Legislative.  Designed for upper elementary, but appropriate for any age interested in American history, political science, or civics.  Boxed set includes 3-part board showing the three branches, and tiles identifying powers and limitations within each branch.  We are pleased to collaborate with Kym Elder and Island Village Montessori to make this available.
